At least it looks like you went with a used housing first to try your hand - smart move!

It looks pretty good, has enough bevel so the seal wont snag. All you need now is some finer sanding and some polish!

yeah... I have to find those flapped things for the dremel.

I seriously dont feel like sanding by hand anymore...

Don't use a dremel, use a die grinder (electric will work) with a flap sander on it. It has a lot more torque so it will smooth it out a crapload faster. Use the dremel for the finishing touches.

Good port work also.
