My first TII build-up.

I bought this TII a year ago, and for how long I've had it I've been going quite slow on getting it back on the road >_<. I bought the car for $800 with 106xxx miles. Theres a catch:

It has a salvage title. The good news is its not as bad as it looks. FC's appear to be quite robust. More pics of how it came to me.

Pictures of fender and suspension work:

Here's some parts accumulated for the build:

Knock-off bride seat

Racing Beat flywheel

ACT Street/Strip clutch with modified disc

Nice find and work man. Car looks pretty damn good overall. Was there any other damage other than the fender?

Yes, strut was bent, ball joint was bent in half, tie rod is done. I'm positive I should swap out the subframe too. I have a door to replace the wrinkled one too . . .

You're getting to do all the fun repairs I don't yet have the money for. I need to replace a door and paint, too. Keep up the good work, this thread makes me smile.

Not so much fun repairs as they are essential. New tie rods and final brake hardware came in, along with a used a/c condenser and the inner part of the shifter surround. Also traded some spare parts for this use able S5 TII, going to send it out for BNR Stage 2 upgrade. you can also see the cleaned rack behind it.

I hope you'll keep it arctic silver. My '88 Artic silver was nice but NA - I think Arctic Silver T2s are awesome and pretty rare...

Nice build!
