Looks good Peter, I'm liking the redesign (I still run my PS)!

Yeah its the best you can do with the IGN-1A POS, I wont waste any more time on them, I have investigated all mounting options and my V2 last one here is the best i will make for these.

The more compact version around M&W CDI coil will fit all standard cars in COP, sadly its an expensive ign solution.............. go figure!

p.s. I can supply just the COP adaptors and end users can deal with the headaches of custom brackets :) but be warned its not easy and poor mounting can cause issues!

Meh, that's like getting a Thoroughbred for racing but ONLY buying the bridle, because adding the saddle would take too much extra money...

Screw that! I'm not rich by any means, but half-assing a COP setup (from a consumers end) is just going to be more trouble than it's worth I think.

Fully agree. No way I'd get just the adapters, not when the brackets are that nice and well thought out. My buddy said he'd measure my setup for me, between the engine and water inj pump. I asked him to check on the PS and AC pump clearance too, but I figured someone else will probably get back to this before that.

Will they match property retention of mazda on high temp heat cycling?

Quick thought, given that your chosen material would appear to have high strength and fracture toughness, for the high revving guys, if not running to as high boost, could you actually mill some of the weight out of the sides in the ends/ possibly even a strip along the guts to reduce the inertia of the seals for high rpm work to reduce chatter?
