Nup, fuck imageshack, no time to go redo those.

Last build iteration I did not even post on the net, doubt I will do this one either, just too busy with apex seal manufacture and car testing + customer consultation.

My days of build threads are over. IF I do that again will host pics on my own site and do a dedicated page for it..... will see, this latest set up is really nice, once done and I happy to share it I will mate.

Fact from Fiction

So unlike useless c-u-n-t-s on the GAYCLUB.COM forum kindergarden cop Arnie maths level hypothesis shit........... I am working on my latest generation Coil ON Plug set up.

This will be to cater for the 'popular IGN-1A coils every mother fucker seems to run now!

I will test these but in special Ignition Projects versions which have been sent to me to evaluate, if there is interest I might develop a kit if people lick my balls hard enough.

Some development pics... YES I drew that mother fucker of a spark plug!!! LOL what a c-u-n-t of a job LOL

Looks good Peter. If you need somebody (else) to beta test it... :suspect:

Drawing the c-u-n-t of a coil now, then will do assembly showing it together and will make up the other parts to complete it..... project in the works :banghead:

Good to use CREO though can model the shit and refine the design before I start munging some material :)
This is a RR COP version 2, much better than my last design, more though going into it!

Nicccccce

RICE RACING 12-31-2014 11:24 PM

Finished this part of it, all parts line up well and on the way to doing final detail work.
RR leading the way on true COP for rotary engines :)

Almost done, quick model of the reference points of where the plugs actually sit (R7420) and the mounting boss on the center plate, will design a Fr and Rr bracket system, so coils come off in the RR modular per rotor system :cheers2:

This is the final positioning of the IGN-1A's :smash:
Will get on and design the fixture now.

Damn. I've never even worked with stuff like this and the thought of all the time that went into this makes me wanna blow my brains out lol.

Do you have an idea of how far this will stick out on the side of the engine? Is it for RHD only or will it clear the steering shaft on LHD cars too? I made a mount that fits the coils almost in the stock position and I have some ridiculously short plug wires, but it's a pretty ghetto mount and your work turns out much nicer than mine LOL. That is some CRAZY work, it looks great! I'm very excited to see where this goes.

The way you say **** in every post makes me think there is a different meaning to it lol.

Maybe because I have been creeping/researching all your posts on here and old ones on the MOTHER FUCKING GAYCLUB.COM/C-U-N-T-S lol.

Anyways, keep up the good work.

Yes it is hard on the brain@!
I did all of this in 1995 when I got my first job running a 3 axis CNC/CAD milling machine at a local machine shop (then using mastercam).. was never a machinist back then just straight out of mech eng school!@.... ten years later I did my trade in fitting and machining and plyaed a bit with Inventor and more CNC shit, but never did work like this detail (never had the time).

Last job a mate gave me Pro Engineer CREO2.0 and I have been learning it in the last 4 days or so, its very hand to draw/design in like this cause you can place things and check them working BEFORE molesting materials.

On that front I will measure the assembly and get back to you on how far its past the mounting boss on the center plate, its not that far, I designed it to be as compact as is humanly possible and to clear everything on a physical engine (and engine bay)... my last iteration of this hung out MUCH further RR COP version 1 which is the ONLY one you will ever see pics of on the internets LOL.

There are some ghetto mother fuckers who have used Honda motor cycle COP units and just hung them off the sides in LHD cars and they fit (you can google it) so this should be no worries..................

Will let you know!@ only 4 hours sleep and back into it now! this is how to get shit like this done! less typing Howard Coleman style on GAYCLUB.COM and more actual working RR RCC style YO! :fawk:

RICE RACING 01-01-2015 05:00 PM

This is how far it hangs out, there is the plug body and mating connector to add to this (allow 50mm or so).

REF: from the matting boss on the center plate.
