looks good. Only difference than mine as seem in the first pictures is that I put mine on a slight angle. I did not want water to sit on top of the coils and give it a chance to mess with my connectors.
This way gravity allows it to roll off.

Are these still available? I have an FD with a T2 Coil.

Garfinkles Motor Works 09-23-2009 07:41 PM

Coil relocation bracket

I wanted to see if you still have any brackets for the third gen ('93 RX7 FD) stock T1 T2 coil packs. If so I'd love to get my hands on one. If you do still have one can you request a payment through paypal. My paypal ID is airboarder69@yahoo.com. Anyways let me know and when I get the payment request I'll approve it ASAP so you can ship it out. Thanks man.

I want one for stock FD coils! any available?

Garfinkles Motor Works 01-22-2010 09:08 PM

Sorry they are sold out. I have two for using the 2nd gen leading coil . I will make more of both when I have time . I will PM you but it may be a few days as I am behind schedule .

Prodigy 04-19-2010 01:32 PM

These do work with a RHD, except the spacing is quite limited due to a fluid hardline that runs right through that area, my Bracket is almost sitting on the subframe, and has a slight angle to it. (angled towards the rear of the car) its the only way it would fit.

But great build quality, Garfinkle makes some amazing products...

Can anyone tell me which wires on the stock harness go to which connectors on the FC Coil? I didn't receive any instructions. Thanks

Andy

Garfinkles Motor Works 06-10-2011 12:51 AM

The wires on the black connector that was on the stock leading coil .Get two eyelets and cut the black connector off and put the eyelets on the wires and bolt down with star washers if you can find them .Easy as that. You are the first to ask. If you need more help feel free to call.

aoc007 06-10-2011 12:55 AM

Oh I apologize, I know about that. But the polarity doesn't matter and I can connect them to either terminal on the coil? I thought the two pins were different on the stock leading.

Garfinkles Motor Works 06-10-2011 01:20 AM

The wire color that is common to each coil goes to positive and the wire with green goes to neg
