I just bought an 87 non turbo and ofcourse want more horsepower. i dont want to go through an engine swap and was wondering if the stock turbo manifold would bolt to the non turbo 13b? Also will the non turbo down pipe fit with the 87 stock turbo. If I were to use all stock turbo parts from another rx7, What all would i need to make the stock turbo work on my non turbo engine.

No.
Getting your non-turbo 13B to work with a turbo is a royal PITA and a lot of money.
If you want to do it right, you need to start with the fuel control...not the turbo.
Gawd, I sound like a broken record...

Alrighty Ted, now now.

Turbocharging an NA is not as easy as slapping the turbo on. However, per your question, yes the turbo manifold WILL bolt onto the NA, however the turbo will not clear the LIM.

This year I helped a friend turbo his NA. This is how we did it.

1) Stripped the N/A down to the block.
2) drilled an tapped the front cover for the turbo oil drain
3) bolted on an RE-Speed oil filter pedestal for oil supply
4) bought a 6 port turbo LIM (Japan2LA makes them), but you will have to make one since he only offers them for S5's
5) S5 turbo and manifold bolted on.
6) custom coolant lines for the turbo
7) turbo UIM, TB, and all sensors
8) rewired harness for the turbo ECU (easy)
9) no emissions were put back on
10) stock turbo plumbing and TMIC
11) stock throttle cable
12) RB downpipe to full RB exhaust

So basically, you have to replace EVERYTHING plus do some custom work. A few more bolts and we could have just removed the engine. At that point you might as well just swap in a TII.

But, let me ask you this, is the car worth all of this?? What is you location?? There is a super nice bone stock TII here near Nashville for under $4000. Arctic Silver too!!
