Tell me what you guys (and girls) want to see made for your cars! As some of you may know I modify the Nikki Carbs. for the 1st gen guys. I also crew chief for my team mate's Formula Drift Pro-Am car (2jz powered 240sx) and we make and sell our own 240sx parts (suspension and 2jz swap parts). www.facebook.com/GoTeamSR

I have decided to start getting into the FC chassis drift market and would like input from you guys on what you want. Primarily suspension components but I would be happy to make swap kits for popular engine swaps too. I am currently searching for an FC to buy and start product development. Any input is welcome!!!

Thanks!

I know one thing that I was kind of looking for was a double wishbone A-arm kit for the front suspension. Kind of like what Griggs Racing does for Mustangs. I don't know how much interest there would be or if it would be worth your while. It would solve camber issues with the McPherson struts and allow you to run coil over shocks mounted farther inboard for more tire clearance. I plan to run the FC front suspension in my SA and a kit that was integrated with the lower K member would be helpful. FWIW.

That's great input, Thanks! I'm looking for a "wish list" of parts you all want to see and that falls right in line.

Good heim-style tie rod ends(the mazdatrix ones are garbage and jdm brands are getting harder to get),Modified knuckles, Bushings(subframe, diff, motor mounts, tranny mounts), sperical bearing control arm bushings, camber plates that have camber&caster adjustments, sway bar end links, rear camber adjusters, rear toe adjusters(lateral links).

There's a few things for ya. lol. I will gladly be your guinea pig if needed so also.

Wow! Thanks!! It looks like I'll be at XDC Orlando this weekend with the 240sx if you're going to head down for it. I would love to sit down and pick your brain some more about what you want to see.

Motor mounts for a 13bt-re motor install. From what I understand most of the ones currently available are rubbish.

Is this swap something your looking to do or have done? I could easily fab these up for you as a test mule.

Something I plan on doing in the future, but unfortunatly with no set date right now. I just have no welding skills whatsoever so will not be able to make the mounts myself, plus Id much rather buy what I do to be a reliable set then have to rick getting something that will break and destroy the car/engine.

*HOPEFULLY* I'll be picking up an FC this weekend to start work on. It's going to be a Formula Drift Pro-Am Build that I will document in detail on here because I love this site so much! Stay tuned and keep the ideas rolling in.

How about a bracket set to adapt evo/sti/350/370 brembos to the the fc. Maybe an upgraded MC kit as well.

I am not sure if you do interior stuff but I would like a A-pillar gauge pod that is a direct replacement for the OEM one. Even if the color doesn't match my interior color.

Brakes are a big deal to me right now. Not a lot of options I've found for less than a few grand. I would be happy with at least a directional vane rotor for the FC. I posted some other stuff before I saw this thread too. congrats on the purchase hopefully I'll be buying things from you soon!

I'll second the outer tie rod suggestion. Some individual rear camber adjusters that don't rust out in 6 months would also be nice. Really just about anything to improve the front/rear suspension. It looks like drifting is going to be your thing but hopefully you won't us guys who keep the front end pointed in the right direction :)
