Ok I have a 88 t2 large streetport walbro 255 and I keep fouling the plugs what could cause this????

Just off the top of my head: You're running too much fuel pressure (you upgraded to a 255 fuel pump, but didn't upgrade to a fuel controller to control the new amount of fuel pressure being pushed through the system).

Without knowing all of your mods I'd have to say it's time to repack your muffler bearings and maybe it's time to re-grease your washer fluid
