There is no gasket between the rotor housing and any of the irons.
If it's oil, it could either be... 1) o-rings on oil filter pedestal - relatively easy fix with relatively easy o-rings you get from the Mazda dealer 2) o-rings on the dowel pin - NOT easy to fix without taking the motor apart Also check the oil pressure sensor within the same area... -Ted
