Like I said it will go up just fine but nothing happens when I try to get it to go back down. I set it to manual (disengaged the motors) and lowered the top and then set it back and it went up just fine but again would not go down. Does nothing, no beeps, no motor sounds or anything for trying to get it to go down. I'm gonna hit it with a hammer.
