WTB 99 spec turn signal sockets
I bought genuine OEM 99 spec turn signals from someone on the evil forum and he had successfully soldered wires onto one of the lights but not on the other. I bought the Knight Sports wiring harnesses and I'd like to be able to use them on both lights but when he soldered the wires on the driver's side he kinda melted the plastic around it. I'm not sure if the knockoff lights have the same socket setup but if they do I'm game for those too. All I need is the two sockets for one light (driver's side but I'm sure that doesn't matter). Actually, if you have the little rubber box (or whatever it is, whatever it's for) for the driver's side, I'll take that too.
If you have a busted light and can't use it anymore, that would be perfect, assuming the sockets are still in good/usable condition. Just to clarify, the only reason I'm showing the hole for the socket is to show that it needs to have 4 tabs. I need the light socket itself, not the hole it plugs into. UPDATE:
I looked at some knockoff turn signals today and those sockets will not work in genuine signals. So if someone has some sockets from genuine turn signals, I could use them. Thanks! |
