Default Turbo manifold choices

I have narrowed my options down to two manifolds - Full-Race and A Spec.

Both manifolds sell for almost the exact same price, and come with a divided T4 setup with dual wastegates.

I use my car (`93 JDM FD) mainly for autocross events but I do daily drive it from time to time. The car is still running stock twins but I will be going to single later this year with a setup aiming for around 400-450hp. Peak HP isn't as important as low to mid power.

Both manifolds are works of art, but I don't want to purchase something that will not be best suited for my application.

My question is, will I benefit from having two wastegates as apposed to only running a single wastegate for my application?

The turblown manifold is better than both of these, and will be better for Auto X as its longer and more ideal sized tube (which will cover to 800+rwhp) tested.

Twin waste gates are the best for a divided turbine housing for response.
