Central Ohio Spring Meet April 11th
I’m looking at having a meet at the Anheuser Busch plant picnic
grounds April 11th. This is the Saturday before the Deals Gap Rotor Rally 2009. I'm still working out the details. I'm leaving for Japan in the morning. When I get back on the 16th. I will post more information.

Yes this is still April 11th for sure. I'm still waiting on verification on
location. I should know this by this Monday or Tuesday. The problem is, that the Anheuser Busch picnic grounds don't open until May 1st. And we are asking for April 11th. So I had to get special permission to use the area. If we can't. We will still do the April 11th at a different location. And then we'll plan on another meet later in the year at Anheuser. Thanks, ~Luke

Ok. I was given permission to use the Anheuser-Busch Picnic grounds.
Date: April 11, 2009 Time: 11:00am to 2:30pm (let me know what you think about these times?) Address: Anheuser Busch Picnic Grounds 700 Schrock Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229 The entrance for the picnic grounds is before the first traffic light for the brewery. I'll try to put up either a sign or some balloons. This is a meet and greet to get the 2009 season started. Bring your own food. They have grills there. Just need some charcoal to use them. They have functioning bathrooms. The Rules Below were given to me for us to follow. Please Read Them! Any Questions please ask. If we follow the rules we should be able to do this often! Rules Anyone Breaking The Rules Will Be asked To Leave 1. No pets 2. We are responsible for cleaning up. I'll have some trash bags there. Just make sure you use them please. 3. Any damage to the park that you may cause, you will be responsible for the repair! (Since we are still in the spring and the ground is usually wet. We were asked not to park on the grass. So Please Don't. There is Plenty of Parking There Though 4. Any abusive language or improper conduct by anyone the entire group could be asked to leave. (so please just use common sense. If we don't screw this chance up. We could probably use these grounds often for meets!) 5. Loud music or speak systems are prohibited 6. No fireworks, firearms or archery equipment are to be used in the park at anytime! 7. No alcoholic beverage can be consumed by anyone under the age of twenty-one (21). Intoxication by any member of the group will be grounds for the entire group being asked to leave the property. (since this is our first time doing this, and its a car event. I ask that there is no alcoholic beverage on the grounds) 8. Anheuser-Busch (or I) accepts no responsibility for personal injury, property damage or loss, while on the grounds. 9. Anheuser-Busch reserves the right to cancel the use of the facility without prior notice. Thanks ~Luke
