Default FD 1/4 strip capable street car

So I'm building my FD to be able to take to the strip and have fun with every so often, not serious competition.

Once all said and done I'm hoping to put down some mid 10sec runs. I have a few questions regarding safety regulations(NHRA), spring stiffness/use, roll cage requirements, and the difference between a 3/4/or 5 point harness in regards to what is required for certain builds?

I'm looking at going with a 4point harness, will this be ok?

I just use my stock belts. Depends on your track requirements too.
