Sorry if I missed something.
Will this bolt in if you have a stock set up?

Yes as long you do not have the sequential twin pressure tank in place. If you have non sequential twins or a single turbo your golden.

Later this year I do plan on designing a catch tank that will work with a completely stock setup.

Ok Thanks for the info. 2009 I'm for sure staying stock. Next winter I haven't
decided as what I'm doing yet. But I'll have a whole year to think about it

I don't have PS or AC, how will that affect mounting?

As long as you have the rat nest frame work you should be fine.

Alright here's the CAD view of the preliminary Pre-Mix / Catch tank. I nearly doubled the capacity to an estimated 2 litres. However, I need to confirm a few things before that is set the design in stone. One of the main questions is the turbo ducting orientation, RotaryWhat? how do you plan on routing your turbo ducting? If you plan on having the tubing go over the region of where this pre-mix tank is I will have to account for it.

Good question. I don't have tubing from the intercooler made yet, so there is some room for adjustment of this piping. I would think the premix tank filler cap would need to be as close to the alternator as possible (still allowing for adjustment of the alt. & bracket), and as close to engine oil fill cap as possible. I've attached a picture of Goodfella's car (hope he doesn't mind) which has the same LIM, Greddy TB Elbow, and Blitz Intercooler as I do---so my piping should run somewhat similar to this. I can't really say for sure though, as I will be keeping the power steering and don't know how that will affect the routing.

Not sure if that helps you or not, and I can't really take measurements until I have the engine back in the car with the intercooler.

Well if you have powersteering you won't be able to copy Rich's setup. You could do something similar to mine, but it would require you to relocate the electrical fuse boxes. See Examples

Yep, that's not going to work. I'm going to have to run it between the PS and alt.

How about attaching a remote filler tube/neck on the tank somehow?
I realize this will probably make it more expensive.....

That's a thought, it would be a little more, but I won't rape you too badly.

Now that I think about it, that's probably the way to go. I just need to decide where it makes sense to have the filler tube pop out and see if you agree with it.

As far as the price, it won't be an issue. I think the base price of your tank is very fair. If it needs to be customized further, I understand the need for the increased price.
