I'm starting this thread to keep you guys updated about what's going on for the DGRR..

bit more detail on what's going on vs. the DGRR website (which I'll be updating also).

News 1-11-2010 - I just got a call from TVA police and the parking area on top of the dam (other side of the information center) is reserved just for us. Only issue is that they are re-paving the road and currently closed. Officer however thinks that it should be opened by the time we get there.. We have the parking area specifically for our group and no one else is allowed to park or drive through. ONLY Rotary and Ex-Rotary cars are allowed.

I need 4-5 volunteers to help out Friday from 2PM til 6PM controlling traffic (Pending weather). Friday will be a meet and greet/ photoshoot.

Also, I need 5-10 volunteers on Saturday from 8AM til 2PM helping out with the main event. Main event will take place either at NVNC or Top of Fontana Village (Pending weather and pending potential seminars).

By Volunteering, you will get special "BLACK" DGRRX shirt addition to your registration T-shirt. As you know, I don't make "BLACK" shirts for general population... except the very first year.

If you can help out, Please send me an Email and under subject, "DGRRX Volunteer". Please be specific about what you want to volunteer (Friday or Saturday). My email is: herblenny@gmail.com
