FRIDAY MAY 17TH



MEET & GREET
Where: Circus Circus parking area behind The Adventure-dome theme park.
When: 3pm to 8pm
Greeting, registration and begin vehicle staging for car show.




PARTY AT THE CIRCUS CIRCUS
Where: Circus Circus Hospitality Suite
When: 8pm to whenever
Party will be BYOB with horderves, chips and dips supplied by WHiV6.




SATURDAY MAY 18th



ROTARY SHOW
Check-in begins at 7am
Show 8am to 1pm




This year a rotary show will be held in the parking area behind The Circus Circus Adventure-dome. There will be several categories depending upon the cars registered prior to the event. Repus, old school, 7’s, and 8’s will be judged separately. 7s may be broken up into first, second and third gen vehicles if preregistration shows a sufficient number. All rotary vehicles registered in the show will be eligible for trophies.




TROPHIES, RAFFLE, AND FOOD
Raffle tickets will be sold at the meet and greet on Friday and during the car show on Saturday. Drawing for raffle prizes, announcement of car show winners and presentation of trophies will be done at conclusion of car show.




For attendees convenience there will be food vendors available during the show as there will not be a lunch as in past years.




ANNUAL CRUISE
2PM
Be prepared for an approx. 3hr drive
Valley of Fire
(Tentative)
(there will be maps and SCR will pre-run the route)




At Hotel Party
When: 8pm to ????
This will BYoB
Other Elements to be confirmed


SUNDAY MAY 19th


SCENIC CRUISE
We will have a short cruise to a scenic area to be announced
Willow Beach
(Tentative)




AFTER CRUISE BBQ
At an area to be announced. Food and soda provided by a sponsor

PARKING
Circus Circus as the host Hotel & Casino is providing an area that will be watched very closely. Further information on its location will be forth coming


Reservation will be telephoned directly to the Hotel at 866-755-7776 option 1 in order to receive the group rate. Callers must identify their affiliation with the “What Happens in Vegas Meet” Group code CW05WHV. Rates cannot be changed at checkin or checkout. The Cut off Date is May 2nd 2013

Once again, I'd love to make it to this lol, but once again I doubt I'll be able to. Everything is fine with the car at least so I could drive it there lol, just will be due to work this time. But I'll definitely make it if I can. I have to some day.

bummer dude ... note sure if the FD from Canada is hooking up with the FD's and 8's coming down from Salt Lake City and if there were a way to catch that caravan ...

We have a guy going from Chicago and a guy has commited from Alabama

I do know we are going to be busy the next 3 months not only planning WHiV6 but at my place as welll!!!! wooot

But to everyone else feel free to join us in the largest annual rotary event in Sin City ... we've secured great room rates and a full weekend of people and rotor fun!!! .... plus some other stuff we are working on

Oh and the projectss are heavily underway !!!

Actually there is a possibility I can make it to this. I'm going to Deal's Gap too, but I don't deploy until June and might be able to get a few more days off work for this. That would be awesome!

hopefully someday ... I am aware of an 8 owner attending from Iowa and may have a Chicago rotorhead for a passenger
