How much for 4- Work Meister CR01 Wheel - 15x7.5 / 4x100 / Offset +39 / O-Disk in metallic gunmetal? Shipped to 32256 USA.

Also, would we pay half up front, and when the wheels are ready to ship we pay the difference or would all be due up front? Thanks!
