Default WTB: Front bumper reinforcement brackets

Crap, thought I had them still on, but I got rid of them. :P

I need these brackets to bolt on the fiberglass reinforcement bar that runs across the front and under the front bumper skin...
There's two of them - one on each side.

Long shot, but if you have those stupid foam inserts from the front bumper, I can do a package deal.

I don't mind surface rust, but if there are HOLES through them, forget it.
Having all the fasteners is a big plus...

Basically, name your price.
I'm in Hawaii, so I request shipping through US Postal, please.

Thanx!

-Ted

I actually needs those side ones, since my originals snapped some of the studs off, but you can get them on eBay for $40 for a pair brand new...

I need the bolt on brackets more towards the center...

See pics...

Looks like RIGHT side is still available...
LEFT side shows "NLA."

One of the Jim Ellis websites shows the LEFT side still available.
I just put in the order, so we'll see if they got it in stock.
$60 each side is not bad...

Try placing some calls to the Mazda-specific used parts shops (Rhineharts, MazMart, etc.). MazMart had the rear reinforcement brackets I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Hey, glad to see you were able to track them down!

I'm on the other end of the car!

I don't want to get too much into it.
If it comes down to it, I can always fab something up.
That MIG welder is going to come in handy!

Sadly it is getting harder to get new parts for these cars. But I guess after 30 years one can't complain too much.
