Default Traction Concepts?

Does anyone have any experience with the Traction Concepts LSD conversion?

http://www.tractionconcepts.com/1986.../tcxmz5260.htm

Please let me know as I've looked for an rx7 review on this product, I'd like to try it on my FB. But if someone has prior experience, would be good to hear.

Looks like that bullshit Phantom Grip LSD bullshit a few years ago...
Was popular with the Honda crowd back them cause it was cheap.

Aftermarket LSD's are expensive for a reason...
I am skeptical of products that tout they can do the job for a fraction of the price.

Thanks RETed. I also was skeptical. Nothing like the real thing.

Looks like a lunchbox locker to me. Pretty popular with the 4x4 crowds because it installs in your existing carrier so they are about a fraction of the cost. Generally in the $300-400 range as opposed to $6-700 for a SureTrac or a Detroit, or $9-1200 for an ARB Air Locker or a Detroit E-Lock.
FWIW I've got two waiting to go in my XJ
