Default How can I get a BNR turbo?

it may sound like a silly question.
What if I do not have a Core?.
I would like a Turbo for my S5 Keg(streeport),FD upper...gonna run Rtek 2.1 with 720's..I've heard nothing but Good about BNR Turbos.
I am in Canada so Shipped pricing and info would be appreciated..Thanks Brian..I can Call you if you PM me a Number.I just want NEW,as I am picky.It's my First Real Engine,and I want to do it ONCE.and reliably.Cheers.STYX.

i to am getting a new motor and thinking of your turbos, i have a 93 jdm, are my turbos a rebuild to be a bnr beast,
