Default Finally in the 12s

Went to the track last weekend, and was able to pull a good time. I hit my goal of running a 12 second with the stock turbo. This time I switched my tires around and was finally able to get a good launch. I had re01r's in the rear and they wheel hopped no matter how I launched the car. Even pulling away at idle would cause it to wheel hop when I got around 4500 rpms. So I switched with the front wheels which had nitto nt450s to try and get a better time. I was able to get a good launch by slipping the clutch from around 4500 rpms with very little wheel hop. I got a few 2.0x 60 foot times this way. These tires were on the car when I bought it 6 years ago, and put over 20k miles on them.
I did a few datalogs and boost was around 12 psi dropping to 6-7 psi at 7000 rpms.
It was also around 85 degrees that day.

Thanks everyone. Went back a few weeks ago and was unable to get a better time, but got a video of a decent run

Just put a t04b hybrid turbo on. Hoping to run mid 12s now.
