mods include:
1991 TII engine with NA transmission
1991 front craddle including rack and TII brakes
1985 GSL-SE rear end drilled for 5 lug
Vert wheels
Haltech e6k
Bosch 1000 cc injectors
Alum radiator
GM artic white with pearl in clear coat

Location: Great Falls Montana

Purchased for $500.
Ground some rust off it to store it until I could get at the project. Ended up being my main project at the moment. Budgeting and trying to get some room in my shop as to not burn the place down while doing some welding.





Big Swaybar
Racing beat sway bar spacer blocks.
Rusted out gas tank.


Getting all chassis work done first.
looking at solutions for a few things.
Going to get a rewire most likely.

Parts collected so far:
My 13BT from my FC is going under the hood
Sparco steering wheel
HKS Titanium Muffler
Supernow Bushings

As awesome as Mel's SA is, in my mind, "old school" is defined as before the SA RX-7's were introduced, despite the RCC contest rules. So you win by default

Just was looking back from when my rx8 won in February 2011 and found this....

"Q: Anything in the pipeline for another ROTM win?
Haha well if I ever get time to work on it I've got a 1st gen that's going to get a s5 motor I've already built and will be turboed at some point. Should be a fun car once it's all done, just needs A LOT of work."

I could do a build thread soon , the truck was done about a year and a half ago . I have some pics of the build , but they are limited . I'm working on my 79 glc sport 12a conversion right now and I have lots of pics of that . I also have tons of pics of my rx2 build I'm boing also .I ll pop the pics up soon .
