Also if anyone has any time please come over to the best FD club in the UK

www.fduk.org

You have to prove you own a Fd before you become a full member but all the Uk best rotary guys are on here and it would be great to see some of you over there.

On to me

I'm Craig from Manchester owner of www.topgearstockport.com cheap plug lol

Air pump delete
Full turbo back 3" system
S4 Apexi PFC

Here's a few pics

My goal is to be single turbo by summer time

Here is what i still need my wish list lol

V mount
Fuel system with pot
New wheels prob rotas again as we get good deals on them
Turbo not sure which yet my goal is 400+
Manifold which I think I will be making
Wastegate
Boost controller
Some seat rails for my brides
Compression tube

Then I will move onto the body after something wide but not daft looking lol but this is going to be next winter so not to arsed at the mo

Hi all little up date

Fitted my new arc airbox with new filters from pipercross

I was concerned about how close the bottom air filter was to the alloy radiator.

so I made a ram air duct from glassfibre and plumbed it in the front bumper

Now I have an air tight seal around the bottom filter

Hi guys

My wideband came this week so I got to work making up a pod for the gauges.

This time I've made a twin pod for both my boost gauge and my new innovate mtx wideband

Here's a few pics anyway

Also I'm still on the look out for a datalogit if anyone has one they don't want.

Cheers

Craig

Well guys

I've always liked the look of the dolphin tail exhaust systems.

So I'm developing a catback system which I can make to order once all development and testing have been completed

We will also be adding the mid-pipe and silenced mid-pipe at a later date

The spec will be 3" bore using 8x5" oval silencer and 4" mandrel 45 deg tail in plain or burnt tip

Below is the master system from which the other systems will be made from jigs

All systems will be T304 stainless and hand tig welded so all systems will be made from hand.

It's early days but what's your guys inputs on this design

Well my big brakes came this week and it's about time I rocked a set on the FD, as we have been dealers for K-Sport and BC coilovers for over 4 years.

I had already removed the ABS and ran my lines inside the cabin for the brake bias valve and line lock.

Anyway here's the pics ppl oh and also Im coming to rotorstock this year

I've not sized it up yet but has anyone ever ran the STD 4 pots at the rear?

When we was bleeding the brakes we found that the master cylinder had a fair amount of movement so I start making up a brace

Ben a while so I thought a little update was in order

The KSports are working a treat and I'm very happy with them

Onto my new takata 3" Belts

I also found some time to work on the dolphin exhaust it's now on

And by god it's a different car now

I've nor done a DB test yet but I'm guessing it's way under 100db and that's without a cat or midbox

Once I'm happy with the system I will start making these for customers price will be around £250inc vat but + shipping

Can have the tail burnt or plain

And last of all not FD related but was a top system to make

Cummins 8.7ltr hx40 engine 4" system

We made this on sat outside as we couldn't get the big fduker inside
