My 8 got pretty decent mileage. Averaged 24mpg.
And you are talking about the EcoBoost F150, that only gets that mileage on the highway, unloaded with no passengers. Lol. Touch the gas pedal and it drops DRAMATICALLY. And you RX-8 isn't new, and the F-150 is, so you really can't compare
