(they apparently got a hood that should have never made it past QA, if they ever had one, so they're going to combine the vents and with an OEM hood and make a mold from that instead).
This is exactly what happened with Shine Auto's vented FC hood, they had to mold the vent to a stock metal hood because the JDM hood they recieved to make the mold was just too shitty.

They ended up with a real high quality product this way, fits like OEM.

Holy crap, I must have missed something - if we're talking the panspeed hood, I'm down!!

I read through the thread, but I'm a bit confused - will this only be available in FG or can we go CF as well? Whats the ETA on these?

I believe that Shine does still make the "Style 1" front bumper that you have Brian... at least at the time I spoke to Ken via email (a few days before DGRR) he still had them and I think they are still listed on their products lineup...

The price is for FG, but you can have it made in other materials.

why? WHY did you bring him back????

seriously, I want some of that crack...

Seriously, someone take this kid's 7 and give him another 240....PLEASE!! We don't need him rolling on his G-ride thinking he's the pimp shit cuz he can make shit up like it's nobody's business.

Now, is that an REW swap? or just the twins with REW UIM (maybe even LIM?) on a 13BT or Titanium's car (RE)?

oh, and to not be a total douche-post-whore.....how's the list for this hood going?

the list is at 14 and TTT said he'd talked to Ken not to long ago and said the hood should be done in 1.5 to 2.5 weeks before he starts collecting deposits.

And that is an REW swap, btw.

I can has link to that thread please? Or the one that decribes the swap? I want to see if he's a toolbag or not with the twins

& Yes, I spoke with Ken mid last week and he had indicated to me that the hood will be done in 2-3 weeks. I've started asking around about the garage Kogatani hood but have limited responses yet. I PM'ed with someone on the evil forum about the Atihun hood but that's pretty much a no-go. I'm going to KDR tomorrow and if Dave has a backup AL hood I'm going to start cutting mine up to see what I can come up with, But I'm SOOOOOOOOO hesitant to rip into a perfectly good AL hood.... even though I already sanded all the paint off. I'm so confused.

naw, anyone can be a noob and get away with it as long as they try to learn. His attitude towards critique to his "style" and or mistakes, lack to want to learn, and his coinage of the term "cali slam" along with his overall demeanor is annoying.
