I know there are a bunch of people that would go, but don't know about it. I know a bunch of poeple that don't visit forums that would have went. I also think it would be a good idea to have a mailing list and send out some flyers. It would expand the event and let more people know about it. Send a group of flyers to all the RX7 shops, including dealerships and whatnot. This event could be huge with the right marketing. The internet works, but not everyone is computer literate .

It does have torque in spade's, nice comfortable ride too, but not something I would want to drive on the dragon with. It's still a pimp car though.

I would have to put stickers that say wide turns on it . It could handle the gap, just a lot slower than you guys are used to going hahaha.

The flyers at rotary shops and whatnot is a great idea, I can't think of any reason why any shop owner would be opposed to such a thing.

Hopefully I will be able to make it next year, it sounds like ya'll had an amazing time this year!

I honestly can't stop thinking about how much FUN I had this year , and what I'm bringing next year (3 cars ??) ... I liked the Nantahala Village as well , and I didn't mind the extra drive time to get to the Dragon ... actually , the drive on 28 through the Fontana Dam area was terrific , we drove that way the last 2 days we went up there ... I'll DEFINITELY bring more people with me next year too , as there are more RX7 owners here in P'Cola that have RUNNING Cars now ... can't wait

Woot!!!

I am glad we are discussing it again. DGRR 09 will be my 4th year. Its the only event I schedule at work on Jan 1st when my vacation time gets renewed!!!

I am partial to Fontana Village again. We stayed there the first two years (others 3 years) and while it has negatives, the positives outweigh them in spades. Location, location, location.

Damn I love DGRR, and Phil by default
