Just stumbled onto this thread and was curious what all the fuss was about, so I went back to the first post and took a look for myself.

I have to say that thing looks like a steaming pile of

It's his car, and he can do whatever the hell he wants with it, but I agree it would be far more humane to send it to the crusher or part it out.

Now we all know everyone wants that melted ass tail light mod & god forbid we forget the rusted crumpled body panels. These are the types of mods we all need!

I gotta start with this: The FD Rx-7, to me, IS the sexiest, most beautiful car EVER deisgned/made/driven/raced/drifted. Let me say that again. EVER. And it pains me to see
them poorly maintained...poor execution of mods...etc, etc. But a car that has been in a serious wreck/crash will never be the same as it was. That 7 is as beautiful as it is ugly, and personally I think it works. People get too serious about things some times and that takes away from the joy/pleasure. It looks fun to drive which is what Mazdas and specifically Rx-7/8's and Miata's are all about, right? They have given a bit more life to a car we all love. ROCK ON.
