the Vacuum line, to my MAP became detached while I was legally drifting.
my engine would not rev past 2500, and idled from 300-650 and was stalling.
Fortunately, I acquired a Zip-Tie.
I fixed a catastrophic engine failure, With a Zip-Tie.
JDM FTW.

sucks about the engine not being what you thought it was. however, you sound like you'll be alright. would like to hear when it fires.

Reaming of oil feed passages on the irons to the stationary gear bearings for increased oil flow; done by Chips Motorsports!
-8 with o-ring groove for a leak proof setup, not pipe threaded like other builders out there.

Because I'm also running a Mazdaspeed dry-sump system Chip will be doing some trick stuff that I'll post later, so stay tuned for some rotary related porn that you've never seen done to a rotary before!

Why didn't you just weld a -8 AN bung on? Could have done away with threaded fittings all together.

Welds are ugly. IMO, this looks much cleaner even over TIG.

Yes sir. Lets see where I left off, hmm...

Brand new 3 x S5 rotor housings and 3 x S4 Low Comp Rotors. The rotors will be lightened next, so stay tuned for pics of that.

Mock Up:

Machined the spark plug dimples off.

Some Coating:

and when the weld breaks or the fitting breaks/strips you will know why it's easier to use a softer material for a threaded fitting.

ALL of those coolant walls failed? what did they store the engine with? muriatic acid?
