Anyone know who was driving the Montego Blue with the Rotary Works billet throttle body? He had the "RX-7 Parking Only" sign posted on his UIM. Just curious to know how he likes the billet throttle body.

lwnslw is his forum name and his real name is joe.

i also have one on my car and i really like it. no issues at low rpm's as i expected to have. i don't run twins on my car but i have seen a vid of the TB on a stock FD and it seemed to rev just fine. it also cleans up the engine bay, which was also a big plus for me. it greatly improved my throtle response but i think that is due to the adjustment made to the throtle cable.

simon

by the way, here is my submission for favorite pic

Simon,

good to finally meet you and good to see your car... I wished I had more time to hang out and really check out your car... now, I just try to enjoy the pics...

next year, I hope some of you will come up thursday and just hang out couple of days before the crazy saturday event. My wife already told me she'll let me go up and we might bring the new rotorhead in the house and the shaggy dog. I'm also planning to bring the Cosmo and the FD to trash around the dragon.

$50 a day... It was considered an in town use since I wasn't dropping it off in NC, I was returning it to the same U-haul it was rented from..
