I don't think tires are super important ... I can probably make the ones on my 4 bolt wheels fit for a while if need be.

Use some spares if all you need to do is roll the car around, I'm sure plenty of people have those laying around. I have one good spare I know of.

I don't have a truck or any way to pull my trailer but I supply the engine hoist. Problem though, no truck to get that to you either.
