That's the connector that goes to the motor. So yes, that being unplugged will do it...

the motor is already plugged in. that connector is inside the car, not the door.

i just called my buddy with a s4 t2 (which is what i have) and he has the same plug inside the car and there is a place on his body harness for it to plug into. i can not for the life of me find the plug inside my car. i think i might need to run those 2 wires from the driver side somewhere. great.
