I used the caliper kit - it is ok; but powdercoating is the real way to go.

i have the front calipers pretty much ready to go. Took a wire wheel, wire brush and simple green to them. Repeated rinsing with brake cleaner.
I will probably just use the duplicolor 500 degree paint. I just want to be able to do this job once. I have all my parts in hopefully I can get the fronts rebuilt and on the car this weekend. I am also removing my dp, replacing the belts, plugs, installing my temp sending unit, o2 sensor, trans fluid, diff fluid, and fuel filter. Doubt this will all get done--I need my beer drinking time too.

I just tried the brush on Duplicolor paint. My brother bought some years ago and we never used it. I thought I would give it a try-I didn't like the results so I took it off. I am going to call about powder coating, but I don't want to spend an ass load right now.
