Lately we have been seeing some very rough economic times with the exchange rates and commodities price increases! It is enough to make us all a little crazy!!

Well we have a new section in our site that can allow you to win up to JPY 20,000 (close to $200 USD) in free gift coupons EVERY Month from our site just for participating!! If you have noticed up in the top right corner there is a link to RHDJapanRIdez http://www.rhdjapan.com/rhdjapanridez

This is a new functionality that will allow you to show off your car and its modifications as well as comment on other cars, and rank each other's cars. Sort of like Cardomain. But the difference is that by creating a car and allowing it to be voted on will automatically get you a chance to win up to JPY 20,000 (close to $200 USD) in products from RHDJapan every month!

RHDJapanRidez was created in response to many requests by users to allow for a some type of page in RHDJapan to represent their vehicles as well as comment on others and share product information and installation tips. We have been taking this in to consideration for the past 2 years and finally figured out a way to not only allow customers a place on our website for them to represent their cars, but also to comment about other user vehicles and give product reviews and tips for installation on all the items for sale in our catalog. There is more in development as we speak.

Basically, you will be able to vote on every car out there but only once. You can even vote on your own car if you want to! The user with the highest vote score for the one month period will get a coupon to be used in our site. There will be a new winner every month! That means tons of possible giveaways to you per car!! Gift certificates to the most popular vehicle owner every month will be issued to be used in our site within 31 days from the winning day. This will continue every month indefinitely. This is your chance to get a little back and our chance to show you that we do care about you guys and want to promote the motor sports movement and community of JDM enthusiasts around the world.

We will display the monthly winners as well as what they have decided to purchase with their gift certificate. If there is a tie for the top position at the end of the month the winners will have to choose a number on the website from 1 to 20 and the closest person to that number will win that month. You will have 24 hours to participate in this sudden death match or automatically forfeit to the other user. The contest starts officially in November but all votes up to December 31st will be cumulative for December’s winnings so the sooner your car is in there to be voted on the more votes it can possibly have. For the first 6 months we will be giving 20,000 Yen (about $200 USD) gift certificates every month for the top ranked vehicles for that one month period and from June 09 we will be giving 10,000 Yen (about $100 USD) certificates every month to the top voted monthly winner. A car can only win once. The coupon is good for 31 days from the day of winning, is not transferrable, redeemable as cash, or applicable to any orders already made or pending and can only be used with the user account that has won the prize.

Of course, in using our site you are agreeing to use it in good spirit and will act responsibly and respectfully to the RHDJapanRidez community. No funny stuff! We are always open to advice and requests so please feel free to contact us.

Awsome idea, I can't wait to get some pics of my car finished. How are you verifying that these are the actual owners of the vehicles posted. I'd hate to see some guy post up a car that wasn't his, and get the $200. Make them hold up a sign that says RHDjapan.com on it.
