I wanna know more. This may encourage me to consider staying FB instead of going KP61.

Just curious as to the basics. My full interior S/E with a TII swap and A/C weighs 2600lbs. I have been considering taking my driveline and placing it in a KP61 starlet to get my weight below 2000lb with full interior. If I could accomplish the same weight goals in my FB without being a stripped down shell I may stay FB

two more teaser pics
![]() some of the stuff i removed or swapped out for lighter parts bumper supports headlight motors air conditioning swapped out factory radiator for aluminum unit everything behind the dash is gone all tar has been removed throughout the car hood swapped out for carbon fiber unit that weighs 7 pounds rear glass/ side windows swapped out with lexan door support bars have been removed aluminum front hubs/ lightweight brakes installed front and rear lightweight aluminum wheels were fitted all around rear sway bar is gone 30 pound battery swapped out for a 2.2 pound lithium ion battery im sure there is more but thats the main stuff i can think of at the moment. the car would be lighter if it didnt have the heavy mustang rear end or the G-Force tranny along with the 28 pound flywheel but i need it for drag

a shot of the rear with the bumper support removed, 30 pounds of weight savings and it looks untouched!
