IRP Feedback Thread
I just wanted to stop by and take a few minutes to let anyone who hasn't heard of IRP know what they've done for me.
These guys are great. They're a dream to deal with and very friendly. They know their shit better than anyone in the northeast, and are definately some of the best engine builders/rotary mechanics on this side of the Pacific. What's even better is they always get back to you about what's being done and what needs to be done. Communication was always great with both Ihor and Rich, and I never felt like I was in the dark on anything. They turned my 13 year neglected, mess of vacuum lines and dryrotted wires (and spiders nests ) into a work of art. It really shows that they take great pride in the work they do, and that makes me feel much more confident about where my car is today. They towed the car to their shop looking like this: And I got to drive it home looking like this: One couldn't expect more from a rotary shop. |

Thanks for all the kind words guys
Brian, the before and after pics are pretty drastic. I'm thinking.....'damn, we really did all that didn't we?' It was worth the 17 spider bites I accumulated during the project Rich |

I neglected to mention in my first post that I've bought a lot of parts off both Rich and Ihor as individuals as well as through their shop, and everything went great with that as well. |

Just wanted to take a moment to leave some extra good feedback for IRP. Ihor's always there and goes way out of his way to make sure his customers are fully satisfied.
:bigok: for a shining light in the Northeast rotary community. |

Ihor and Rich at IRP did a great on my rebuild. The motor feels strong and I'll put up some numbers once I break it in and get it tuned.
-In a business where you are trusting your car to a shop I think customer service extremely important. Rich and Ihor were never out of contact and answered all my questioned promptly. Any problem they found I was notified about and told what it would take to remedy it. -My car came back in tip top shape and they even detailed it, my interior never looked so good. I have nothing but good things to say about IRP and I can't wait to see how the motor pulls on track. Ryan |
