well, you don't just increase boost like it's a scoop of ice-cream. I assume you're looking for more power?

You can get a boost increase if you open up your exhaust. You MAY spike and then your motor will commit hara-kiri.

What are your current mods?

all i know is this.. just bought the car. it has a larger aluminum intercooler, larger charge pipes, external blow off valve, not sure on the fuel mods and its supposed to have a tuner program installed. engine has only 10 000 kms on it. completely rebuilt.. i mean the car is really fast, but just not enough.. i have a dyno sheet and it says my rwhp is 402.6.... how can i get more?... i also know that the turbos are stock efinis

damn. Can you contact the original owner about the fuel mods? You're missing a lot of the important information.

is it safe to assume it's stock? Is this in Kw? or HP? (you mentioned KM and can't tell if it's Canada or overseas)

The info you have doesn't really help you at all.

As far as the slip, well, how do you know it goes with your car?

I wouldn't touch it unless you're willing to at least remove the injectors and send them out to get flow tested.

Look and see if you still have the stock fuel pump.

You said it had a "tuner program" is this like a chip? or does it have piggy-backs?

Take some engine bay pics to see if it's the stock setup.

DO you know if it's still twin turbo or if it's been converted to single?

Depends on what you consider simple. Check out the link marked FSM in my signature for the Factory Service Manual.

I really think the best thing for you to do is to contact whoever sold you the car and get the exact modifications done. If you can't do that take it to a RX-7 specific shop (generic performance shop may or may not be able to tell you everything) and get them to really look everything over to get a general diagnosis of what you are working with.

To obtain the power level that your dyno sheet claims, you will have to have a healthy amount of work done and to make this power reliably it will need to have had even more work done. So do yourself and your engine a favor by not trying to increase the boost until you are 100% positive what is installed on the car. Who knows...you could be on an aggressive tune that has no wiggle room for extra boost.

So this a JDM import RHD FD? I would definetely be careful as 400whp on twins in pretty pumping and requires a decent amount of work.

not really. It just tells you where you are starting.

One option is a wideband Oxygen sensor to tell you how rich/lean you are but then you also need to get a fuel controller (to increase/decrease flow according to wideband readings). I wouldn't go this route considering that you will most likely blow your motor.

I think you're trying to do run a marathon and you just learned to run. For the longevity of your car I suggest you slow down a bit.

Listen to M-P and take it to a shop.
