You may be able to find a mechanic, but your best bet (and what most owners/enthusiasts do) is work on their own car. Not many average mechanics know much (if anything) about these cars. Here is a link to all the manuals for pretty much every rotary car Mazda produced, including some random things. There is a wealth of information here. See if you can find a fellow owner nearby if you have to. You'll save money and you'll learn a lot.
