Default Bring an umbrella! :(

Right now it looks like there will be rain Saturday, mainly in the evening, which is the time of the awards ceremony. Hopefully if enough people bring umbrellas we can keep it away .

If you want to keep an eye on weather, look for Bryson City, NC.

But, if Thursday and Friday are clear, that'll make me plenty happy!

Dale

Well I thought my "to do" list for the FC was done, but after the weather report I guess I'll have to pick up some new wiper blades. Hope the weather channel is wrong!

Good idea to have good wiper blades anyhow, you never know when rain will crop up on a car trip!

It's still quite a few days out from Saturday, good chance that the weather will change by then. Keepin' fingers crossed!

New wipers blades would just be preventive maintenance. The ones on there are probably fine, but since I don't intentionally drive the FC in the rain, it's been a while since I've seen them in action, so why take a chance on a major road trip.

Rain X all your windows (I do headlights on my DD as well) and good wiper blades.. Then no matter what hurricane you find yourself in, you will be able to see with very little obstruction... It's saved my ass a few times..

I guess I'll go ahead and put on the new blades after all.

Wiper blades? What are those?

Ever since I installed the haltech, I didn't do the wiper wiring. So I'm solely relying on rain-x and a squeegee.

^ I'm thinking the same, or if the rain isn't too miserable, maybe find something else to do, like take a hike or go ziplining. Friday still looks good though, so I'll definitely be on that AM ride again.

Alright, I just wired the wiper motor with a switch so it has 1 speed. So that's good to go.
