Swapping the interior is a pain. You really need to keep the S4 A/B pillars which means you have to paint yours. The headliner also needs to be dyed/redone because the S5 one is skinnier due to the wider S5 A pillars, which you won't be using. The rear carpet also won't fit perfectly because the S5 storage boxes are smaller to fit the larger S5 B pillars so when you keep your B pillars there will be a small gap (not really noticable unless you know what you're looking for). If it has the rests for the cargo cover (not sure if they all do), then you need to drill out holes in the body to fit the mounting pegs.
