I had alot of fun at Zoomfest last year. As much of a Road Atlanta junkie that I am, I am glad to see it move to TGPR. It's more track time for everyone and I think it will be much more user friendly for all. I will most likely be there given the Army doesn't have me doing something that weekend.
As for the Time Attack, I see there are no classes. Any stipulations on the cars? Obviously an RX something, but the reason I ask is because I will most likely be bringing my V8 FD. I know there are plenty of rotaries that are faster than me though, so it shouldn't be an issue, right? ![]()

In general all you need is a helmet. This FAQ will answer all your questions: http://www.mazdameets.com/index.php?...w&catid=2&id=6 Quote:
The event is open to any Mazda or Mazda powered vehicle. We will have 4 groups for the track day. A-D, grouped by experience level and level of modifications. I will work on a classing structure for the time attack over the next month. -billy |

So I am trying to figure out how this goes...
$20 lets me hang out, but if I want to run the track, at all, it is another $150, and that is only if I am one of the first 40 to sign up? Help me Billy!

In for the track day. Is there somewhere we can see how many are signed up for the track day?
