FD Extreme Tire Sizing
First part:
I'm looking at some wide rims, 18 x 11 running 295/30/18 and 18 x 12.5 running 335/30/18. Questions: 1. What offset would I need to clear the inside suspension? I'm running Tein SRC coilovers. 2. What size overfenders would I need to accomodate the resulting offset (from 1.1)? Second part: Looking at another set of rims 18 x 9.5 running 265/35/18 and 18 x 10.5 running 295/30/18. 1. What offset would I need to clear the inside suspension? I'm running Tein SRC coilovers. 2. Would that offset (from 2.1) look good given the overfender size from 1.2 or should the offset be spaced out a little more? What are the scrub radius considerations in spacing the wheel/tire out further? |

your first wheels, i dont know, but the second set will fit under stock fenders.the fronts a +35-+45 will fit fine among other sizes. rears, 35-40 mm will fit. i would advise to roll the inner lips of front and rear fenders depending on how low your car is, and how much suspension travel you have when hitting big bumps. no pull is needed
