rear end problem?
when i got my car i bought it with a messed up rear end
so i went down to the junk yard and got a good working one. Me and a friend put it on and the car was runing good for a couple months but just last week i heard a noise coming from the back of the car. It only does when i do a slow turn or when the car is barely moving slow. do i have to replace my rear end again, or can it be another problem? |

Depending on the sound, and the 3rd member style, the noise could be anything from worn spider gears to axle bearings. If the 3rd member is an LSD, it could even be clutch chatter, from lack of LSD additive.
