Default AZRR engine work

Hey all just wanted to give you an Idea of what we do other than sell basic parts.

We are getting to be pretty big as turbo resellers, we sell Garrett at a pretty low price cant always win becuase of price but we always win if it is about service. If you need a turbo or waste gate or even vbands let us quote it atleast. Give us a shot

The biggest part of our shop is the design and builds of rotary performance engines. I was trained by Paul Yaw of Yawpower.com, many of you know this name but some of you dont. For those that dont know, Paul is one of very few that Mazda turns to for advice for rotary engines, now they come to us as well.

So this in an engine we just stacked, it is a mild street port with basic mods for a 3rd gen with stock twins.

I am not sure what your asking? Are you talking the port runner sixe or the window size based on seal area??

from side of port to were the oring groove (water seal) goes. I was worried as mine were smack on 10mm and I read several saying do not go below this so corner seal has enough to support it?? School me some more!

Well the fact is I am not actually sure what the limit is in mm, I don't use templates for my porting it is a combination of the time spent learning from Paul Yaw and simply mocking an engine up, rotating and studying the limits and effects of our ports. But I assure you the corner seals in supported and the rubber plug is as well.

looking good.. I saw a similar rotor the other day that was lightend up like that but also has material removed from the sides of the faces going to about 2-4mm above the side seals on all 12 corners. Look crazy!

It all depends on the customer needs ...Basic rebuilds with new internal seals orings etc is about 3300.00 this does not included new rotor housings...

Many options to choose from

Porting
Balancing
etc

Thanks
