Rotary Intro
Hey everyone. Names Chad a.k.a. TC. I recently bought a 1993 RX7 FD back in July and am starting to really rip into her. When I bought it it didn't have any interior carpet or seats, all interior plastics, door panels, kick panels, etc etc etc pulled out of it but still were being sold with the car. It also had over $8000 in performance mods done to it and the body is very clean. It ran but badly needed a dyno tune. Well I took it to get dyno'ed and after they couldn't figure out my stand alone APEX-I ECU they suggested I get an AEM ECU which I did. Well after they installed it and started to tune one of the rear rotors apex seals blew. Well I hauled it home and ripped the engine out, stripped it down, cleaned it and just received my rebuild kit with super seals from Rotary Aviation. I also bought a gasket set from Atkins Rotary and some other stuff to dress up the engine since I am in the process of painting the housings red and irons silver. Anyways that's where I am currently am with it with much more to come.

Wow! You are not afraid to dive right in, are you?
Thats awesome, a lot of us are that way too. Do you intend to port the engine at all? I like to see some pictures of the build.
