side draft carb tuneing

Dose any one know how to tune a side draft carb on a 12a.

What kind of side-draft carb? What problems does it have? What are the current settings?

I really dont know but i will look at it tomorrow and get some pic. Its hard to start and vary hesant when give it gas. I will know more tomorrow.
