My MB RE-Build... Few things I'm changing..
Well, Since DGRR is near, I'm doing some things different on the MB.
I'm going with bigger 99+/RZ brakes all around, Changing out the bushings, Going with different suspensions, and going with dual coolers. But recently I did a Jspec rear seat conversion.. JDM YO!!! Here are some pics.. I did complete conversion but missing 1 thing.. the latch. I like the rear seat! Its completely useless but different

Nice Phil. How does it feel having back seats?

Well, after putting in the back seat, I showed it to my wife and she said, "No way baby seat is going to fit there!". She also added, "Did you even know how big baby seats are?".
And she's right.. i have no clue!! But it does look pretty neat though.. Less plastic and more vinyl

Tell her,"Well, this makes me FEEL more like a dad while driving." HAHA! So it is a good personal investment.

The 8 can fit one.
FC back seats - no way, FD back seats look even smaller! It is a nice upgrade though because its really different. Were you able to get a discount on insurance since its not a two seater? |

I just want to say after sitting in the seats, I don't know anyone that could actually ride back there. If you could get enough room for your feet the roof/hatch is about 10 inches to low.

My daughters booster is the basic graco with the dual cup holders and whatnot, and it's base measures (roughly) 16x16. I'm sure you could fit a booster behind there, but again even a child is going to have little to no leg room.
No way in hell a rear facing car seat is going to fit without the passenger seat being flipped forward or moved up along way. So you could take the baby with you, but unless mommy is a midget, she would have to walk. |

I tried to take my girls for a few rides back when I had my GXL 2+2, they didnt fit very well at the time 4 and 5 years old. The passenger seat was slid all the way up and my knees where in the dash and im only 5.7"... After sitting in the back of WE3RX7s 8 I think most car seats will fit but not a rear facing infant seat. I plan on replacing my DD with an 8 when I get it paid down some more.
