Verifying OEM status
How does one verify that a 99 spec spoiler is in fact OEM and not a knockoff? Thanks guys!

I'm thinking mine has a parts number stamped somewhere on it that isn't visible when mounted. Knockoff's might have a part number, but it won't be the OEM number. Check the Sticky thread in this section for the 99spec wing part number. I would check my spoiler, but I'm not anywhere close to mine and it's mounted on my spare hatch, which is in storage.

Thanks man, I imagine you are right about the parts number stamped on the spoiler. I read some of the seller's other posts though and he seems a little sketchy to me so I decided to not pursue the spoiler anyhow. I'll order one from Ramy sometime down the road.
