question about racing beat exhaust
I recently got a RB streetable header, along with a RB cat-back system off of a friend of mine who has a Turbo-II. My question is would I be able to install these and just use RBs pre-silencer to connect the two, or is there a difference in the piping that would prevent things from lining up which would cause me to have to get a custom pipe made.

IIRC, the downpipe and header flange end in the same place, are different sizes, but still bolts up
My RB TII catback was also bigger diameter as well and the flange was not in the same place. RB DP --> smaller Diam N/A presilencer --> smaller diam N/A catback = has been done and works Header --> bigger diam TII presilencer --> bigger diam TII catback = MAY work Look at the different systems on the RB website. Only chance is with a TII presilencer and hope the studs line up to the header flange

Yeah I think Im just gonna have to end up getting a custom pipe made sadly. I was hoping I wouldnt have to so I could save the money and install it all myself instead of having to take it somewhere and paying to have it done.
