SAFC correction
Hey guys,
I installed SAFC 1 in my car. S5 N/A. It has a S4 keg and I have free flowing exhaust. Narrow band gauge is en route as we speak, but I wonder what some of the correction percentages you guys use on the high throttle? I have no intention of going wideband. I have been tuning by sound and feel and will inspect the plugs soon. So far I added 1% at 1000 left everything flat till 4k and trimmed gradually in the rpm range up to 8%. FWIW, I want to run car on dyno someday so that's an option for later. |

Every car is different and a correction for one car will not work on another. Tuning with anything other than a wideband is folly on a rotary and will result in blown apex seals. Do it right or don't do it at all. Good luck.
